Our classes jump ahead of cooking 101, and focus on real world dishes that you can serve with confidence to your friends and family.  You'll learn how to make the courses from scratch, tips and tricks, and how to balance ingredients.  We take in account allergies, likes and dislikes and build a custom course that you're able to enjoy at home.
