We work with you to design your own custom menu based on your experiences and preferences. This is your event, and you should be apart designing the menu even if you don’t know where to start. We’ll walk you through on choosing drink pairings, as well as any extra items that will elevate your experience for your guests as a host!

We’ve designed the menu, scheduled the rentals, and coordinated with you on all the event details to ensure it’s smooth sailing. Now is the time to sit back while we work on pre-production.

It’s showtime! We’ll make sure each course is fully prepared and timed with the timeline for the event. We encourage you to interact with your guests, make community, enjoy the menu you designed1 We will walk your guests through the menu, showcase what inspired the pairings, and answer any questions they may have on how we made any of the courses.
